Let's Become Great Leaders Sample Program Details

Here is a sample of one of our programs. Our programs are entirely customised to client needs. 
This program can be customised to the needs of our clients. You can also choose from the following two formats for delivery of this program 
  • Day Workshops
  • One hour a week session spanning over a tailored period of time .

Unit 1 - Introduction & Goal Setting

In the first week we get you familiar with an overview of what you are about to learn using Talent Power Partners Leadership Model. We s

Units 2 - 5 - Personal Management Style

The Strategy that sets you up with a great base to build other skills. Identify and understand your style as a leader, identify your strengths and areas for development as well as becoming aware of the impact your style can have on others.

Units 6 - 8 - The Emotionally Intelligent Leader 

As a leader you set the tone for others to follow. Learn to handle pressure, establishing yourself as a role model with a range of skills and techniques to manage thoughts and emotions and become a resilient Leader.

Units 9 - 12 - The Fearless Communicator Leader


A high impact strategy, that shows you all the skills you need to master critical conversations. Learn to use a win/win approach, relieving much of the personal angst involved in having critical conversations with your team while keeping relationships intact.

Units 19-20 - The Influential Leader

We’ll show you how to develop, motivate and engage your team as a coach, based on the latest research, and using techniques that bring out the best in each individual in your team.

• Session 6.2 - Represent your team to the organisation

    
Unit 21 - Program Summary and Wrap Up


 We pull all of the learning together to ensure the skills and techniques  learnt and apply have formed into  habits. We measure the success of the program with a brief assessment.
